New netbook N1200 average can do very well and set a new standard for portability, but if not, perhaps, some netbook manufacturing companies should be given again at the development of new models.
What do you intend to do with your laptop; Netbooks may be basic, but just need a supercomputer to browse the Web, please e-mail, balance your checkbook and run an office suite. On the other hand, processors and graphics capabilities are very serious about wimpy 3D games. And screens are too cute for some high-end applications. (I installed Adobe Photoshop on Asus Eee PC and could not even see the bottom of the user interface.)
Panasonic is betting doctors and sales executives will want to carry around one of the convertibles.
